Shipping & Delivery

1. Store Orders (Physical Products)

Orders placed on the Okhrang Store (books, merchandise and other physical products) are shipped across India through our courier partners via Shiprocket.

• Dispatch: orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery time: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout where available.
• Tracking: every parcel ships with a live AWB (tracking number). You can follow it from your Orders page, and we update the status as the courier scans it.
• Shipping charges: calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight and your pincode. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown on the store ship free.
• Cash on delivery: available on serviceable pincodes with a small handling fee, shown before you place the order.
• Serviceability: if our couriers cannot reach your pincode, checkout will tell you before any payment is taken.
• Wrong or damaged items: we offer an exchange within 3 days of delivery — see our Refund & Exchange Policy.

2. Digital Services (SaaS)

Bodo Okhrang also provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for AI translation and digital tools. Subscriptions are delivered digitally — nothing is shipped for them.

3. Access to Services

Upon successful payment for a Pro subscription via Razorpay:

• Your account will be instantly upgraded to the Pro tier.
• You will receive immediate access to the expanded character limits and features.
• A payment confirmation and invoice will be available in your Subscription & Billing dashboard.

In rare cases where there is a delay in the payment gateway's confirmation, it may take a few minutes for the status to update. If your account is not upgraded within 1 hour of payment, please contact support.
